  • Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if available.
  • Include the RA number on the outside of the package and enclose any relevant documents or proof of purchase.
  1. Shipping and Return Costs:
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is returned safely. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.
  1. Inspection and Refund:
  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated above.
  • If the item is approved for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original form of payment.
  1. Exchanges:
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
  • Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund for the damaged or defective item, including any shipping costs incurred.
